Q: Are these envelopes legal?
A: Absolutely, we have already submitted every design to the USPS Office for mailing requirements and have signed-off letters of approval for each envelope.

Q: What size do they come in?
A: #10, 6"x9", 9"x12", 10"x13"

Q: Can we change the artwork?
A: No, all envelopes are pre-printed, in-stock items. The artwork meets postal specifications and is approved by the United States Postal Service as is. they mail at regular postage rates (First or Third Class).

Q: What kind of postage is required?
A: All envelopes can be mailed at first or bulk (standard) mail rates. Call your account representatives for specific rates.

Q: How do we affix postage?
A: See options below. For small quantities, meter strips or stamps can be used or labels with an indicia printed on them. For high volume mailings and lower postage rates, you can use a window envelope where an indicia can be seen, or we can print an indicia on the 6"x9" white wove or #10 envelopes.

Q: How do you address these envelopes?
A: See options above. For non-window (regular) glossy stock full-color envelopes, you can write directly on them, type your own label or have your lettershop inkjet the addresses on the label. Only the 6"x9" white wove 2-color envelopes can be ink-jetted onto directly. For window envelopes, the personalized letterhead will show through with the To and From addresses.

Q: What is the postage for 9"x12" and 10"x13" envelopes?
A: (Available only in regular) Call your local U.S. Post Office for rates. Lower pre-sort rates are available if you use a mailing house service and do high volumes.

Q: Do these envelopes qualify for barcode rates?
A: Yes, all designs are printed with clear zones for the barcode readers at the post office to qualify them as automated mail.

Q: Do you print custom designs for companies?

Q: Are response rates higher using these envelopes?
A: It will depend on your "offer" inside and the mailing list you use. We can only assure that the envelope will ge the recipient's attention and cause 98% or higher of your mail to get opened.

Q: Can you print anything else on these envelopes?
A: We can only print on the white wove envelopes with tag lines, return addresses, logos, and indicia using black ink only. Call 1-866-751-6528 for details. All glossy full-color envelopes will not run well through a letterpress. They come as is. You can use window envelopes that show messages or logos via the letterhead.

Q: Do you keep #10 business size envelopes in stock?
A: We keep only a few of the designs in stock. Many are stored electronically in our graphics dept. and are printed on demand. You may add return address, logos, postal, indicias, etc. Please allow 7 to 8 days for processing and shipping. Please call  1-866-751-6528 for details.

Q: Are there inserting machine restrictions when buying the envelope?
A: The will not run on Pitney Bowes inserters. Bell & Howell and/or Phillipsbergs are the appropriate inserters that meet the ideal specs.

Q: Who else sells these envelopes?
A: No one else in the country sells these envelopes. We are the sole manufacturer and the only company with written approval from the USPS. Because we have millions of envelopes in stock, our pricing is economical and very competitive.

Q: Are the designs trademarked?
A: Yes, we hold the copyright on all designs. We not only design these but also manufacture and stock them in-house (USPS Approved).
