Product Samples

Samples are available for almost all items for $1.00 each.

For every $1.00 that you spend on samples, you will receive a $1.00 coupon to be used as a discount on your next order of $20.00 or more, excluding shipping. You may purchase as many samples as you like. (Maximum sample credit of $5.00 per order)

Orders for samples are processed and mailed via the US Postal Service with first class postage within 3-5 business days. They do not have a tracking number.

Product Samples are available for international customers. Orders for samples are processed and mailed via International Standard and may take 5 to 15 business days. International customers are responsible for shipping including duties, taxes, insurance and brokerage fees. This excludes Canada and US Territories. Offer is not redeemable on previous orders and cannot be combined with promotional coupon codes.

How do I order samples?
You can add a sample of an item to the shopping cart, by clicking the "order a sample" button located under the picture of the product. We do not take orders for samples over the phone.

Is there a shipping charge for samples?
No, the USPS First class mail is included in the $1.00. International customers are responsible for all shipping including duties, taxes, insurance and brokerage fees and samples are shipped via International Standard. This excludes Canada and US Territories.

How can I get my samples fast?
USPS first class mail is included in your samples cost. If you need samples faster, you can supply your own UPS account number and the preferred service level on the checkout page in the comments box. Samples are still $1.00 each if you use your own account. Sample orders for international customers are shipped via International Standard; we are not able to use your UPS account number. Contact our Customer Service Department if you need to expedite your sample order request. This excludes Canada and US Territories.

Will all my samples come together?
If you order more than one sample, it is possible that the order will be sent from multiple locations and will arrive separately and possibly at different times. If you placed an order for product, and samples, your samples may come with your delivery.

Can I track my samples?
Standard sample orders that are sent via First Class Mail do not have a tracking number. International customers will receive a tracking number for sample orders. This excludes Canada and US Territories.

Can I order samples over the phone?
Sorry, we do not accept orders over the phone for samples. You must place your order online.

Can I place more than one order for samples?
Yes, but you can only use one coupon per order. So even if you order samples more than once and have more than one coupon, you can only use one coupon on any order.

Why do you charge for samples?
We charge for samples up front, but give you your money back when you place an order.
