Style Description

The A2 Invitation Envelope (4 3/8 x 5 3/4) in 70lb. Grocery Bag is a brown paper bag colored envelope with a recycled grocery bag texture and look. This envelope has an elegant square back flap, and is perfect for invitations, greeting cards, thank you cards, and is ideal for letters as it's designed to fit quarter-folded sheets of paper. Since the A2 envelope fits inside all larger "A" envelope sizes it's commonly used as an RSVP and return envelope, as 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 flat and folded cards fit inside. This A2 size envelope is easily sealed by a Peel & Press strip located on the back flap. Available both plain and printed for customization, branding and creative uses, starting in small quantities of 50 to large quantities of 50,000 and more. 100% Recycled. Color shade may vary. Vellum texture.

Color Description

The name says it. Ours even has an ordinary grocery sack's texture, weight and feel. Depending on how you use it, this unusual look says "earthy, recycled, natural, modern, or fresh "

I ordered 1000 of these envelopes and all of them came defective (the manufacturer had probably not checked this entire batch). The envelope flaps had not been glued properly on one side. I contacted Envelopes.com and they were fairly fast at getting back to me (I did have to follow up once to remind them of my case). Finally, they did end up rush-order shipping a new batch of envelopes to me and the new ones were perfectly fine. The quality of the envelopes (the second time) was good and their customer service was reasonable. Met Expectations? I got these as a catch-all for my greeting cards the other colors didn't go with. They are exactly what you imagine they are. The thing I like best about them is they actually feel like a grocery bag. Some other envelopes I've gotten elsewhere over the years looked like a grocery bag, but felt smooth, like a piece of typing paper. These feel like someone made them out of a real grocery bag. They're quite sturdy and they are finished well. One thing I've noticed about envelopes.com is their envelopes are all finished well. I've gotten envelopes elsewhere over the years and maybe something isn't folded quite square or one side is glued a little different from the other. These envelopes are square, even and look like whoever made them cared.     Printing Options Explained

    One Color Printing:
    One color printing means that your design contains only one ink color. Gray scale designs, contain a range of grays, and is also considered one color printing

    Two-Color Printing:
    Two color printing means that your design contains two different ink colors.

    Full-Color Printing:
    All print designs with more than two colors require an ink process called full color printing, which is also known as CMYK. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (key means black). These four ink colors can be combined to print an unlimited number of colors. Remember, if your design contains more than two colors, select full color.

    White Ink Printing:
    White ink is a special, unique ink that prints best on darker colored papers and stocks. White ink can be printed with CMYK printing if the design contains white and additional color elements.
