Style Description

A7 Silver Metallic Invitation Envelopes (5 1/4" x 7 1/4") are shimmery, silver colored envelopes made from high-quality 80lb. paper stock. Perfect for invitations, announcements, cards, notes and holiday mailings, this envelope features an elegant square back flap. The A7 is easily sealed by a Peel & Press strip located on the inside of the back flap, and its dimensions make it the ideal 5" x 7" card and photo envelope. For social and invitation purposes, the A7 is also a great outer envelope as it easily fits smaller A size envelopes inside (A1, A2, A4, A6). Available plain, or printed for customization, branding and creative uses, starting in small quantities of 50 to large quantities of 50,000 and more.

Bought these envelopes for my wedding invitations, and let me just say... they are beautiful! They have the perfect amount of grey shimmer, and they look really classy. The peel and stick flap is another HUGE bonus. The price was right, and I was glad to see that the quality was too! They aren't flimsy at all. I did have a little bit of trouble writing on them with gel pens and using an ink stamp on them (I guess they don't absorb ink well, but I just left those out to dry for a minute or so and they were fine). But after experimenting, I found that Sharpie and ball-point pens are best for these. Great product. Met Expectations? Exceeds Expectation Usage? These are beautiful envelopes and very sturdy. The peel n' stick back was incredibly helpful as well, since I had many invitations to mail. Ball point pens write on these just fine with no smudging, and they're perfect for classy invitations. Met Expectations? I really liked the envelopes themselves, but I would have preferred more options regarding the number that could be ordered (ie--50 was not enough, but 100 was way too many). this is a classic. Once again when it comes to using black ink on a grey, there is no other option. The weight is excellent, not too horribly thick for adding up postage, but plenty thick. Silver metallic is so wonderful. Gray is really in right now and this is the perfect medium gray color plus it's the upgraded look of metallic. For this particular project, we needed gray but we wanted to use black ink on it. Some of the plain gray is too dark for black ink. This is a perfect fairly heavy weight and the wonderful surprise was that the new ones are all peel-off instead of needing to lick or soak. Greatly enhances the mailing service side of things. These envelopes were absolutely perfect! My husband & I created our own invitations as well as the entire wedding event. We got so many compliments on the envelopes! Everyone thought they were so expensive because of the weight of the paper and the shimmer. The first order I had received were defective. The glue on the sides of the envelope had leaked and all the envelopes stuck to one another. When pulling them apart, the shimmer ripped off as well.     Printing Options Explained

    One Color Printing:
    One color printing means that your design contains only one ink color. Gray scale designs, contain a range of grays, and is also considered one color printing

    Two-Color Printing:
    Two color printing means that your design contains two different ink colors.

    Full-Color Printing:
    All print designs with more than two colors require an ink process called full color printing, which is also known as CMYK. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (key means black). These four ink colors can be combined to print an unlimited number of colors. Remember, if your design contains more than two colors, select full color.

    White Ink Printing:
    White ink is a special, unique ink that prints best on darker colored papers and stocks. White ink can be printed with CMYK printing if the design contains white and additional color elements.
